Private therapy practice dedicated to supporting internationals and interculturals navigating life in the Netherlands — or wherever life has taken them.

I can be there beside you, as you create a life in which you feel more at home, within yourself, and within your surroundings.

Inspired by my own journey, my mission is to provide compassionate support to individuals as they navigate the beautiful and challenging transitions of intercultural life.

About me

I moved from South Wales, UK, to the Netherlands over 25 years ago as a young and adventurous 18-year-old. After building a professional background in HR and recruitment, I found myself feeling a persistent pull toward something more—a deeper sense of purpose in helping individuals. My life took an unexpected turn during the Covid pandemic, as I grappled with a deep identity crisis. I felt disconnected and realized I was living a life shaped by others’ expectations, having lost touch with myself somewhere between my Dutch and international worlds.

This pivotal period led me to discover ACT Therapy, which helped me see that even when I couldn’t change my circumstances, I could choose to live in alignment with my core values. This insight provided the clarity and purpose I had been searching for. It was then that I felt an undeniable calling to support other internationals and interculturals through their own emotional journeys.

“There is nothing like returning to a place that remains unchanged to find the ways in which you yourself have altered.”

– Nelson Mandela

How can I help you?

Feeling lost, stressed, or unsure of who you are—or which way you’re heading?

Life in another country, cultural differences or personal changes can leave you feeling unsettled.

Psychosocial therapy can help you make sense of your experiences, feel more balanced, and approach life with more ease and clarity.

I am here for you. We explore how your thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, body awareness, communication and relationships connect with your surroundings. Understanding your thought and coping patterns lays down a foundation for change.

This can help you feel calmer, reduce overwhelm, manage stress, and bring a new understanding to what your needs are, making life feel gentler, more colourful and lighter.

I use Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) as a guiding framework within psychosocial therapy.

Sessions are shaped around you—no labels, no judgements, no rigid protocols.

I can help you to take steps toward a life that feels richer, more meaningful, and aligned with who you are.
